HEART TEMPLE TEA
This decadent herbal tea blend supports heart wellness, opens the heart center, releases many heart-centered disharmonies, and soothes stress, worry, and trauma in the heart. Sip before meditation or therapy sessions, drink from a thermos while on forest wanderings, or enjoy as part of a self-care routine.
While blending the dried herbs by hand or with a wooden wand, a prayer to the plant spirits involved and a gift of a small pink candle and/or floral incense should be offered during the crafting.
